Gym 10 semester start!

What's up guys, I'm back and ready for some more action! This year we're coming back to a fit lifestyle starting in the weight room, and if you remember anything about me last year, you might remember that I specifically said I wanted to work on upper body strength. That didn't work out too well last year, so this year we're retracing our steps and getting right back to it. But this time I'm also looking to increase my endurance, so that I can run for longer, or at the very least be able to bike from the school to home without being completely out of breath.

So yesterday we started in the weight room, and Fisher (my bestest buddy, I don't care about the grammar behind that.) and I both worked from a website that told us we would be working on general strength and toning. I'm OK with that, so we started our workout, working hard until we had to go.

We were able to do full reps (8-13 sets) and stopped our workout after the "alternating dumbbell fly", which I will say was not easy, haha.
Since we went through almost the entire workout, I'm think that we may have to find a different workout, as doing the same workout day after day may get tedious. But maybe not. I mean, doing the same thing over and over and over again may help because it will constantly focus the same areas.

One more thing that I forgot to mention, after the workout yesterday, my shoulders and biceps were quite sore, which I think means that I''m hitting the right areas with this workout, since those are basically what I want to work on.

All right, that's all from me guys, thanks for taking the time out of your day to read and I hope you have a spectacular weekend. PEACE!
